In this role, you will shape and deliver market-leading product and service propositions across Art & Design and Creative Media. You'll use market insight, stakeholder collaboration, and commercial expertise to grow revenue, strengthen market position, and deliver impactful learning solutions.

In Your First 6 Months- Building a strong understanding of your product portfolio and market landscape
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Identifying growth opportunities and strengthening product propositions
- Contributing to product lifecycle decisions and ongoing improvements
This role blends strategy, creativity, and commercial ownership.
You won't just manage products-you'll shape them. From market insight to product development and lifecycle decisions, you'll play a key role in ensuring Pearson remains competitive and relevant in a fast-evolving creative education space.
What You'll Do- Develop and manage market-leading product and service propositions aligned to customer, learner, and sector needs
- Use market research, policy insight, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Own product performance, including P&L, forecasting, and budget management
- Lead product lifecycle decisions (launch, enhancement, withdrawal, and growth strategies)
- Define product specifications and contribute to qualification and service design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Engage with stakeholders including employers, educators, regulators, and industry bodies
- Support sales, marketing, and onboarding strategies to drive adoption and customer success
- Monitor customer experience and learner outcomes to continuously improve products
- Represent Pearson externally at events, panels, and industry engagements
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area
- Experience within vocational and/or technical education (UK or international)
- Experience developing or delivering qualifications, assessments, or learning products
- Proven ability to build customer-focused, market-driven product propositions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial awareness, including experience with performance metrics or budgets
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional or virtual teams
- Product management or portfolio management experience
- Experience within the creative sector (Art, Design, Media)
- Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or financial planning
- Project management experience
- Experience working on tenders or customised solutions
