Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Flexible GP Care in Practices

Brighton and Hove Federation is seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality clinical care across GP practices and Enhanced Access services, supporting both urgent and routine patient needs.

You'll assess and manage patient presentations, deliver face-to-face and remote consultations, and work within a multi-disciplinary team. In-hours and out-of-hours shifts are available with flexible working and access to the NHS Pension Scheme.
