Advanced Community Keyworker - Women's Reentry Support

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Community Keyworker (Advance) for Thames Valley on a temporary two-week contract. Based in Reading & Oxford with travel across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, you will provide practical and emotional support to women reintegrating into the community.

The role requires safeguarding experience, a current Enhanced DBS, a full UK driving licence and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
