Are you a resilient Acute Care professional from the North East's renowned medical community, ready to apply your skills in a globally exclusive environment? We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This role offers the opportunity to transition from high-pressure hospital wards to a bespoke medical unit aboard a premier superyacht.
The MissionYour primary responsibility is the continuous medical monitoring and total health advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a premier summer itinerary-including the Dalmatian Coast, Corfu, and the Bay of Naples -you will ensure that clinical standards are meticulously maintained, whether at anchor in Monaco or exploring the secluded coves of Sardinia.
The Medical TeamYou will operate within a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary medical unit designed for 24/7 care:
Lead British Doctor: Providing direct clinical governance and medical strategy.
Specialist Physiotherapists: Working on-site to optimize the patient's physical health and mobility.
Expert Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained peers dedicated to a seamless standard of care.
The Safety ProtocolTo maintain peak vigilance and ensure staff longevity, the medical department utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System . This ensures you always have immediate professional support for clinical tasks and guarantees structured rest periods, ensuring you remain at your clinical best.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential.
Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
Attributes: Absolute discretion, clinical autonomy, and a professional presence suited to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
