What you will do
  • Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice and representation in adult social care matters, including safeguarding concerns and statutory duties.
  • Case Management: Manage a diverse and complex caseload involving the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
  • Court Representation: Represent the council in the Court of Protection and other significant legal proceedings.
