About the Role

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused and proactive Admissions Coordinator to support the admissions journey for prospective students across our partner universities.

This is a key administrative role within the admissions function, responsible for ensuring applicant information, documentation and application materials are accurate, complete and compliant with partner university requirements.

You will work closely with university partners, Contact Centre teams, Partner Support and Enrolment & Retention Specialists, helping to ensure applications progress efficiently and within agreed service levels.

The role would suit someone with experience in UK Higher Education admissions, student administration, education services or a similar regulated environment, who is confident managing detailed information, multiple priorities and time-sensitive processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify applicant documentation, including identity checks, qualification evidence, English language certificates and NARIC/UK ENIC equivalency, where required.
  • Conduct initial eligibility checks against partner university admissions criteria and escalate complex or ambiguous cases appropriately.
  • Prepare, quality-check and submit application bundles to university partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and admissions information within Salesforce.
  • Monitor admissions-related inboxes and ensure timely, professional communication with internal teams and university admissions partners.
  • Provide first-line administrative support to Enrolment and Retention Specialists, responding to routine admissions queries and supporting applicants through the early stages of their journey.
  • Work collaboratively with Contact Centre and Partner Support teams to improve admissions turnaround times, data accuracy and communication.
  • Identify risks, issues and recurring problems within the admissions process and ensure these are escalated and tracked through to resolution.
  • Support the maintenance and review of admissions processes, workflows, SOPs and process documentation.
  • Support quality assurance of admissions-related content and identify areas for correction or improvement.
  • Analyse workflow trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and operational performance.
  • Produce accurate reports and data extracts for management as required.
  • Ensure all admissions activity complies with internal procedures, university partner requirements and relevant regulatory expectations.
  • Provide cross-cover within the admissions team and support other reasonable duties as required.
About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is essential.

You will have:

  • Experience in Higher Education admissions, student administration, education services or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of Salesforce - essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills - essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling applicant and student information.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
  • The ability to interpret and apply university admissions criteria and requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining effective professional relationships.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues, resolving problems and improving processes.
  • An understanding of confidentiality, compliance and data accuracy within an admissions or education environment.
