Job Description

Due to successful growth, We have a new 1 year Fixed Term contract opportunity to join our team as Administrator supporting our long standing contract with Orbit Housing.The Administrator FTC will be working within our social housing planned works team which is made up of a team of 3-4 Administrators who each look after a specific workstream. Within that workstream, you will be part of a team of 5 which includes Admin, Site Managers and Customer Liaison officers all working together to ensure results.This Administrator role will suit candidates who are proficient with MS Office including basic Excel and Sharepoint and used to working on bespoke database systemsHere at Fortem we use Total Mobile which is bespoke to us and therefore training will be provided.This is to cover Maternity leave for 12 months durationFull time office based Hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am-4.30pm / or 8.30am- 5pm will be considered

The customer

Fortem's contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple workstreams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing.We are currently rated as 4.5 on Glassdoor and 93% of staff would recommend to a friend!

Duties and Responsibilities

You will update all information and records, coordinate teams as necessary, ensuring any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively and using good stakeholder/customer skillsYou will take ownership of all administration and coordination for the team successfully Working effectively to deadlines and ensuring projects are fully compliant.Using MS office, Sharepoint and inhouse database (Total Mobile)

What you will need

Experience of working in an Administrative role within a busy office environment is advantageousBe able to work effectively as part of a team but able to take accountability for own workProficient skills in MS office including Word and BasicExcel plus SharePoint Ability to use Inhouse Bespoke Database systems (Training on this will be provided)Able to work in the Office based in Stratford Upon Avon 5 days a week
