Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Witney.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

Administrator Roles and Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the office team
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
  • Assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and other office documentation
Administrator Ideal Candidate
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
