Are you an organised, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating people, vehicles, and resources to ensure everything is in the right place at the right time?

We're looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the management and utilisation of our commercial vehicle fleet. Working closely with operational teams, commercial colleagues, suppliers and customers, you'll help ensure vehicles remain available, costs are controlled, and customer service remains first class.

What you'll be doing

As a Fleet Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our fleet operations, responsible for:

  • Coordinating the movement and allocation of LCV and HGV vehicles across both the core fleet and externally hired vehicles
  • Arranging short-term vehicle hires to support business requirements and minimise disruption to operations
  • Helping to maximise fleet utilisation whilst reducing replacement vehicle costs
  • Resolving customer queries and disputes efficiently, working with stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes
  • Supporting the accuracy of fleet records and billing processes to minimise errors
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers and customers
