We areseekingatalented Administrator who will provide support across our teams here atAquarius

About the role:

• Coordinate and schedule service visits and compliance activities nationwide.
• Liaise with clientsregardingbookings, access arrangements, permits, and operational requirements
• Submit completed reports and documentation to clientsin a timely manner
• Provide operational updates and feedback to clients and internal teams
• Track report completion and chase outstanding documentation
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and administration systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the widerteams

• Previousexperience in an administration, operations, scheduling, or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities.
• High levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
