Overview

An Administrator position is available in Coven, offering a full time, temporary to permanent contract at £13.33 per hour. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, you will deliver administrative support to numerous consultants. Daily duties involve managing correspondence, handling telephone calls, welcoming visitors, and coordinating varied tasks. Strong organisational abilities and adaptability are essential for managing shifting priorities. This role requires someone who can take initiative and handle a busy workload with efficiency. Previous office experience is beneficial, alongside clear communication skills and proficiency with standard software. Pay and Working Hours

Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with post, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, and managing deliveries/couriers.
  • Booking hire cars and accommodation for consultants.
  • Obtaining quotations for goods and services, raising Purchase Orders, and liaising with suppliers, including ordering PPE.
  • Assisting with arranging annual and bi annual servicing and maintenance of office equipment, including PAT testing, fire extinguisher servicing, gas safety checks, alarm testing, and other compliance requirements.
  • Producing letters and reports to company brand standards, including maps, appendices, and photographs, ensuring documents are accurately formatted before submission to clients.
  • Ordering and controlling stationery stock for the Wolverhampton office.
  • Maintaining and updating training files and PPE records.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits.
