Administrator - Solihull Clinic 
Location: Bupa, Solihull Clinic, B91 3RT
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:00pm & 9:30am-6:00pm
Salary: £26,900
Responsibilities- Work on reception, greeting customers and assisting with smooth, friendly appointments.
- Support clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing focus on patient care.
- Carry out day to day administrative tasks: handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices and organising delivery notes.
- Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service (e.g., retail or hospitality).
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in healthcare is desirable.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility, with ability to adapt quickly and support different areas.
- Excellent attention to detail, solid computing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
