United Utilities delivers essential water services to homes and businesses across the Northwest and are looking for admin-focused, organiser join their team as a Learning and Development Administrator
About The Roles
In this role, you will manage and coordinate training activities, including booking courses, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation in SAP LMS and internal systems. You'll handle payments for external training, publish daily calendars, and support employees with training requests and system access. Responsibilities also include ordering goods and services, resolving invoice queries, troubleshooting system issues, and providing data analysis and reports to track KPIs and ensure compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage training bookings across internal and external providers, ensuring timely scheduling and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update training records in SAP LMS and internal databases, ensuring compliance and certification validity.
- Support employees and managers with training requests, system access issues, and account setups for new starters.
- Process payments and orders for training services and goods through SAP, resolving invoice queries promptly.
- Publish daily training calendars and reports, tracking KPIs and providing data analysis to support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, maintaining clear documentation and ensuring smooth training operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven administrative expertise in managing high volumes of training requests and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional organisational skills for scheduling training events, updating calendars, and keeping systems current.
- Confident IT proficiency, including experience with SAP LMS and other internal platforms (training provided for specific systems).
- Clear and professional communication skills to support employees, resolve queries, and liaise with managers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability for accurate data entry, certification tracking, and producing insightful reports.
What You Need to Know
- Hourly Rate- £ 15.64, PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears
- Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP (on site full-time)
- Start date: 01/06/2026
- Assignment type: 6-month Temporary Contract through Reed Talent Solutions, as United Utilities trusted recruitment partner.
What Shifts Might You Have
- Full time hours- 37.5 hours per week, requiring at least 2 days per week onsite.
- Paid training and ongoing support
- Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
