We are recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services business providing trust and administrative services to a wide client base across the UK. Client service excellence is central to everything they do, and they are looking for an Administrator to support our wider teams and help maintain high operational standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact by answering telephone calls promptly and professionally
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Accurately processing payments and completing payment checklists for authorisation
  • Creating new entities on internal systems and maintaining electronic filing
  • Submitting client identification for verification and reporting outcomes to internal teams
  • Completing all mandatory compliance training within deadlines
  • Providing general administrative support as required

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Ability to use initiative and manage workload effectively
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Professional approach and presentation
  • Ability to work flexibly and remain calm under pressure
