Job Description
Administrator (Experience Preferred) Location & Working Hours 
- Based in the Cannock office
- Monday - Friday
- 09:00 - 17:00
- Hybrid working available (1 day/week) after the probationary period
- Contract role covering one main contract (Travelodge)
- Working closely with 1xSupervisor and 1xTeam Member
- Answering calls
- Logging jobs
- Deploying engineers to jobs
- Raising purchase orders (POs)
- Data input using Excel
- Working across Job Logic, Google Drive (work planner), and Excel
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Friendly team with a good sense of humour
- Ability to stay focused and deliver work when required
