We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our Contracts Team in East Kilbride.
This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient management of contract-related activities and documentation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team with contract administration, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Key Tasks- Provide administrative support to the Contracts Team.
- Prepare, process and maintain contract documentation and records.
- Monitor contract status and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, reporting and document control.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
- Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with general office administration duties as required.
