Administrative Specialist - Urgent Response & Hospital-at-Home

Wight Healthcare is seeking a motivated Administrator to join the Urgent Response and Frailty Team, supporting NHS aims to deliver more care closer to home.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support across the ED Admission Avoidance Service at University Hospital Southampton and the Community Hospital at Home Service, prioritise workloads and help develop the service. This role will involve cross-site collaboration and flexible working patterns.
