OverviewPathways School is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health school for Years 1 to 11. We provide a full national curriculum with specialist adaptations. This role supports the smooth running of the school office and works closely with the Office Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities- Support the running of the school office through a range of administrative duties.
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors as the first point of contact.
- Manage office supplies, correspondence and document filing systems.
- Assist with school events and meetings, preparing materials and minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
- Experience within an educational setting.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Bromcom.
- Experience using database management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Experience of Exams at Secondary Level/SATs systems and procedures desirable.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent ability to produce high-quality reports and correspondence to stakeholders.
- Ability to uphold the values of the trust and the standards and expectations of the organisation.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent in English and Maths desirable).
- Team player who builds good working relationships with colleagues.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient with a good sense of humour.
