Administrative Assistant

Location: Carmarthen. Contract: Permanent, Full time. Hours: 37.5 hours, 9am - 5pm. Start Date: ASAP.

Do you have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, welcoming approach to client care? At Redkite Solicitors, we're seeking a reliable and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our Carmarthen office and play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional front of house and administrative service.

Working closely with colleagues across the office, you'll be central to the smooth day to day running of operations. From being the first point of contact for clients and visitors to supporting file opening and general administration, you'll contribute directly to the positive experience our clients have with the firm.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office, for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome both in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules, arrange refreshments, and ensure rooms are set up to a high standard for meetings and consultations
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, partners, and external guests with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
  • Support colleagues with day to day administrative tasks, including document handling, filing, scanning, and managing post
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing enquiries promptly and appropriately
  • Oversee office supplies and ordering, ensuring consistency and cost effective stock management
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, completing checks and liaising with external contractors as required
