Job Description
The UNIL School of Medicine trains X logistics of the program X for the Master's in Medicine 50%. The UNIL School of Medicine trains approximately 245 future doctors in Lausanne and relies on more than X teachers as well as a broad network of institutional partners including CHUV, Unisanté, medical offices, and several French-speaking hospitals. The School comprises about forty staff members distributed across units: the Teaching Office, the Clinical Competencies Unit, the Learning Unit, and the Medical Pedagogy Unit. Its mission is to ensure the quality, continuity, and integrity of the undergraduate medical curriculum, while supporting students and teachers in their work. To complement its team, the School of Medicine of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine is looking for a logistician for the program X of the Master's in Medicine 50% CDD 12 months (renewable). This position is aimed at someone who enjoys teamwork and the academic environment, wishing to contribute to the implementation of a major reform X and its related activities linked to the position. Start date: immediately or to be agreed. Activity rate: 50%. Duration: CDD 12 months (renewable). Workplace: Bugnon site UNIL-CHUV - Avenue César-Roux 19. Brief job description: This position is at the heart of a program X as part of the Master's in Medicine comprising 14 projects distributed across five axes. The new curriculum is expected to take effect as early as the start of the school year. The person hired will play an essential role in supporting the implementation of the program: X logistics, rigorous management of X and documents, internal support, and continuous support of the program. X plays a key role in facilitating communication between project leaders, program managers, and multiple internal stakeholders and activities. Ensure X logistics of activities related to reform X in medicine (meetings, drafting minutes, etc.), structure and maintain the document management related to the reform, ensure internal and structured communication between stakeholders, contribute to the collection, processing, and presentation of X necessary for the reform, ensure autonomous management of X transversal tasks, allowing relief for the School's staff involved in the reform. Profile: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in business administration or equivalent, minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or dossier management, excellent capacity for precision, rigor, and strict adherence to deadlines, perfect command of French (oral and written), very good writing skills and impeccable spelling, service-oriented, excellent teamwork skills, and discretion, very good mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft 365, document management), knowledge of academic functioning: an advantage.
