Responsibilities:- Welcome, advise clients, and close direct sales- Manage the follow-up of debtors and payment reminders- Supervise the general operations and support the teams- Ensure the interface with systems (ERP, Cloud, support)- Keep the general and auxiliary accounting, manage payments and cash flows- Prepare VAT statements, ensure closing entries, and prepare year-end reports- Produce payslips and handle settlements with social insurance- Administer orders, organize shipments, and manage documentsQualifications:- Higher education in economics, finance, or confirmed experience in a similar role of at least 3 years- Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written (minimum level)- Comfortable with management tools and software- Strong sense of responsibility and structured work approach, autonomousStable, modern work environment, key role with a real impact on conditions and career advancement opportunities.
