Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-orientedAdministrative Support professional to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer contracts remain accurate, current, and fully compliant, while supporting the smooth running of all brokerage administration processes. You'll work closely with Senior Co-Ordinators and internal departments to deliver efficient and accurate administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and maintain customer contracts, pricing, and service details
  • Ensure all live contract information and group pricing remains up to date
  • Support the upload and management of annual price increases within internal systems
  • Produce and process reports to identify incorrect or missing data
  • Assist Senior Co-Ordinators with contract analysis and updates
  • Complete customer and group updates within internal systems
  • Update customer contact information where required
  • Cleanse and maintain data records, including expiring outdated contracts
  • Assist with maintaining subcontractor compliance documentation, including waste licences, insurance, and permits
  • Ensure weight and service reports are received, recorded, and available for reporting purposes
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly and accurately
  • Manage daily workload effectively to maximise efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide additional administrative support to the department as required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Technically confident with strong PC skills
