Job- Admin Manager
Location: Torbay
Contract: 1 Year FTC

InHealth sees more than 5 million patients each year and diagnostic imaging is one of the busiest services we provide. Following the Michael Richards report, we are partnering with the NHS to develop new Community Diagnostic Centres to enhance accessibility for people in the community away from acute settings. We have opened a Community Diagnostic Centre in Torbay and are actively recruiting a passionate and dedicated team to support this nationwide programme and enhance the availability of diagnostic Radiography in the community, while furthering your own career.
Main responsibilities- Monthly KPI reports
- Oversee and ensure regular audits take place
- Induct, support and train clinical support staff
- Support with rotas as required
- Work with clinical leads to gather information needed for reports
- Support the clinical support team where needed
- Understand NHS partnership contractual agreements and the information required to report on these to the Service Manager
- Understand internal compliance and policies
- Support the recruitment of clinical support staff
- Respect and work within patients' and service users' customs, values and spiritual beliefs, ensuring their views are sought and taken into account
- Support patient bookings and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient information in the systems
- A high level of professionalism and technical standard of work
- Aptitude towards improving quality
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of the implications of the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Principles and GDPR
- A strong team player attitude - supportive, caring, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
- A positive attitude, taking pride in work and passion for the service provided
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Experience in a similar role, or ready to take the next step in your career
- Healthcare industry experience is desirable
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience supporting team members' development and training
- Experience producing regular reports for senior management
