The 3-18 Education Trust is growing. As our family of schools expands, so does the ambition and reach of our central team - and we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Director of Inclusion and Director of People at the very heart of that growth.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside two Trust Directors, gaining genuine insight into the strategic work of a successful multi-academy trust while playing a real part in delivering our strategic pillars of Belonging, Equity and Success.
(This is a three year fixed term contract,in the first instance, in line with grant funding).
About youYou will be a highly organised, proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to communicate professionally at all levels. Experience in education or HR administration would be an advantage, but what matters most is your professionalism, discretion and commitment to getting things right. Full training and support will be provided - including in specialist areas such as the Single Central Record and safer recruitment.
