Ellesmere Port Hybrid (min. 2 days in office)

We're working with a friendly, family-run financial services business in Ellesmere Port who are looking to bring in an Admin Assistant to support their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit office (4-6 people at a time) with a great culture, strong tenure, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

This is a busy, varied position supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Inputting client data, fact finds and leads onto internal systems
• Writing advice and suitability letters
• Managing and chasing pipeline cases (including GP reports)
• Keeping advisors updated on case progress
• General administration and case management
• Supporting protection cases and ensuring compliance standards are met

This is a fast-paced role, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.

Salary & Benefits

• £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
• Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
