Job Description
Administration Assistant - Financial Services

Looking for a role where you can focus on what you do best - administration?

If you enjoy working with documents, spreadsheets and systems, take pride in accuracy, and like to keep things organised and on track, this job could be a great fit.

Our Investment Administration team is growing, and we need someone who genuinely enjoys admin, delivers high-quality work, and provides excellent client support. Could this be you?

Where do you fit in?

In this hands on admin role, you'll support our London Team of Investment Managers by ensuring client administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

Day to day, you'll be preparing client packs, managing documentation, progressing new accounts and ensuring that our records are accurate and up to date. You'll process payments, and handle calls and emails, providing a professional and helpful service to clients and colleagues.

You'll produce clear, accurate documentation, so confidence in Microsoft Word, including letter writing and mail merges, is essential. You'll also be using Excel and internal systems, so proficiency with IT is a must.

Alongside your admin responsibilities, you'll assist with the smooth running of the office, welcoming visitors, preparing meeting rooms and helping keep everything organised.

What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary plus benefits, including private medical cover, paid birthday leave and volunteering opportunities
  • A varied and busy role with training and support
  • A friendly team within a growing business
What do you need to be successful?
  • Substantial admin experience, a genuine enjoyment of administration work along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with IT, including Microsoft Word (letter writing and mail merges), Excel, and working with data, documentation, and internal systems
  • Professional communicator with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and high workload, meet deadlines and stay organised in a busy, client focused environment

Experience within a regulated environment is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

We work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working will be available.
