Job Description

We're Hiring: Windows Administrator (Azure + On-Prem )


At General Software, we're looking for a talented Windows Administrator to join one of our client projects. You'll be part of a skilled technical team, managing Windows Server environments in Azure Cloud and on-premises.


Location: 100% Remote

Contract: Full-time (consulting role)

English Level: Advanced - daily communication with international teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Servers (Azure + on-prem)
  • Configure IIS for .NET Framework / .NET Core applications
  • Provide technical support to developers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system/server issues
  • Monitor system performance and document configurations


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Windows Administrator
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Bonus: Linux knowledge
