ADHD Specialist HLTA Inclusion Lead (Secondary)

TKAT is seeking a full-time HLTA (ADHD Specialist) for Thomas Bennett Community College in Crawley. In this role, you will support students with ADHD by designing strategies and providing in-class assistance. A significant emphasis is placed on developing emotional regulation and positive peer relationships for vulnerable students.

The ideal candidate must hold HLTA Status or an equivalent qualification, have substantial experience in secondary education, and work effectively with students with special educational needs.
