Are you an enthusiastic people person who loves to bring the fun? As an Activities Coordinator, you'll organise and lead meaningful and entertaining activities for the people we support. You'll play a key role in empowering them to live fulfilled and happy lives.

Role OverviewOur Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support. No two days will ever be the same, but your day to day responsibilities will include:
- organising individual activity plans based on people's unique goals and interests
- fostering community spirit through group activities
- supporting people to maintain their current, and take up new, hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
- assisting people to become more involved in their local community
- celebrating national awareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements
- promoting choice, dignity and independence

If you haven't worked in the care sector before, we'll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy and ongoing training programmes. We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren't essential for this role.

LocationPathways is a short drive from the A38 and other major roads including the A60 and A617.
If you're travelling north on the A38, turn left onto Coxmoor Road.
Continue on the Coxmoor Road, then turn left onto Kingfisher Way.
Drive past Eastlands, and Pathways is in the far right corner of the site.
There are limited parking spaces in the home's car park.
Public Transport to PathwaysThe home is a short walk from several bus stops.
Garden Lane bus stop (stop ID: ntsgdamd), which is accessed by buses 103 and 417.
Phoenix Street bus stop (stop ID: ntsgdata), which is accessed by bus 417.
There's also a train station in the local area.
Sutton Parkway - 1.3 miles away (28 minute walk or 4 minute drive).
