OverviewOur client a leading firm of accountants in Burnley are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager or Associate Director with the drive and expertise to help drive the business forward.

This represents an exciting and key hire for the firm where you will work closely with Directors and Partners to set a clear direction for the practice. You'll be stepping into a key leadership position, managing a diverse client portfolio and a talented team. The practice has a solid foundation, but there are areas for improvement: updating processes, building their tech capability (including AI/automation), and sharpening the firm's commercial edge.
