Your new role
As an Accounts Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and mentoring a team of talented professionals. You'll work closely with partners and clients to deliver strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts

Provide strategic advice to clients on financial planning, tax, and business growth

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence

What you'll need to succeed

ACCA or ACA Qualified

Minimum 5 years PQE working in an accountancy firm

Proven track record of developing junior staff

Extensive experience preparing accounts for small to medium companies

Good communicator with fluent English

Able to manage high workload and delegate accordingly
