- Process and manage customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues or customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and collection progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:
