Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accounts are up to date.
  • Handle payment runs and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain organised records of invoices and financial documents.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Support the accounting & finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer
