Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant Processing high volumes of invoices with accuracy and speed Supporting payment runs, payroll, and BACS transactions Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Using finance systems and Excel to manage data and deadlines Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries

About YouWe're looking for someone who brings:GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above Proven experience in an Accounts Payable function Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets A methodical, organised mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines Clear communication skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles
