The opportunity

As a Senior at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

1. Begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager.
2. Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets.
3. Develop enduring client relationships.
4. Produce complex annual statutory accounts for clients and offer advice on best practices and recommendations for partner review.
5. Provide accounting support to clients.
6. Mentor junior team members, answering questions and guiding their development.
7. Work both autonomously and as part of a team.
8. Support and mentor junior staff members.
9. Maintain high levels of communication with staff, line managers, and clients.
10. Complete your chargeable time budget accurately.
11. Work towards your utilisation percentage targets.
12. Accurately record your work hours on timesheets with detailed narration.
13. Start the fee process.

What are we looking for?

1. ACA/ACCA/CA qualification or equivalent, newly qualified.
2. Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Willingness to develop soft skills such as client management and staff leadership through mentorship by senior management.
