Accounts & Audit senior

Our client, a long-established accountancy practice in South Dublin, is seeking an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 2 years' Irish practice experience who wants to advance their audit career. As Accounts & Audit Senior, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, gaining exposure to high-quality audit projects and genuine opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing audits for a diverse mix of SME and corporate clients.


• Planning, executing, and completing audits in line with professional standards.


• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.


• Building strong client relationships, resolving queries, and providing practical insights.

Requirements:

• Qualified ACA or ACCA Chartered Accountant.


• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience within a practice environment.


• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting principles.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.


• Experience with CaseWare (or similar audit software) is an advantage.
