Accounting Manager

We're a leading multinational in the industrial sector, and we're currently looking for a talented Accounting Manager to become part of our Finance team based at our head office in San Fernando de Henares.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• You'll oversee the general and tax accounting for two group entities.
• You'll ensure accurate and timely monthly closings and reconciliation between local and group financial reports, collaborating closely with the FP&A team.
• You'll manage the filing of tax returns (VAT, personal income tax, corporate income tax, etc.).
• You'll act as the main point of contact for external auditors and public authorities.
• You'll be responsible for preparing and reporting financial statements.
• You'll lead a well-established and autonomous accounting team with solid experience.
• You'll play an active role in driving continuous improvement in financial processes aligned with the company's strategic goals.

What we're looking for in you

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Solid knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level), with the ability to communicate confidently with our parent company.
• Advanced skills in financial management tools and systems.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on leadership style.
