Accounting Manager - Hybrid

We are pleased to partner with a well-established services organisation in the South West to recruit an Accounting Manager (Service Charge) for their well-established teamAs the Accounting Manager (Service Charge), your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for service charge accounting and looking after a specialist portfolio.
• Exercising sound judgement and professional scepticism in reviewing service charge expenditure, assuming responsibility for all aspects of file completion.
• Overseeing financial management of the project.
• Manage a dedicated team on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for managing multiple deadlines and prioritising activities.
• Act as a key point of contact with a range of stakeholders.
• Work with senior managers and Directors on various projects and ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with excellent technical accounting and reporting skills. They will also have:

• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service charge accounting would be an advantage.
