Main Responsibilities:

• Map and document existing processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and standardization.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes, promoting higher productivity and reducing errors.
• Implement robust internal controls, ensuring the integrity and reliability of operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and operational efficiency, encouraging innovation and ongoing evolution.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably experience in Banking and/or Insurance.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Work in financial areas, namely Accounting, Controls, or similar functions (preferred)
• Knowledge in AI and automation tools namely Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot
• Knowledge of collaboration tools as Confluence/Jira
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong command of the Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, among others)
