Accountant (12 Month FTC)

MCS Group are looking for an Accountant to join a leading utilities company based in Belfast.

The Role:

As the successful Accountant, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the monthly management accounts process;
• Process improvement, working with senior leaders to implement new processes and automate processes;
• Preparation of Board packs;
• System implementation;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Senior Accountant will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
• Open to practice or industry background;
• Confident in stakeholder management skills;
• Strong communication skills.
