The Advertiser Success Team (AST) assists with onboarding new advertisers and optimizing existing accounts on Amazon's advertising platforms. We focus on personalized onboarding, educating new advertisers, and account optimization through keyword, ASIN, bid, and budget adjustments aligned with advertiser goals. We seek energetic, motivated Account Specialists to help advertisers understand and grow within Amazon Advertising programs.
As a Senior Specialist, you will help new and existing advertisers identify business opportunities, review product listings, create advertising campaigns, and optimize their accounts to meet their goals. You will work with a diverse range of businesses, eliminating blockers and driving results. The role requires interaction with global clients via phone and email, effective communication, quick learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include onboarding and optimization support, campaign management, troubleshooting, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will also mentor new team members and contribute to process improvements.
Basic Qualifications- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of omni-channel marketing, SEM, or SEO
- Graduate degree with advanced French skills (minimum DELF B2)
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing or related fields
- Experience managing global clients and achieving performance goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under deadlines and in ambiguous environments
- 2+ years in programmatic advertising
- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- MBA or Master's in Digital Advertising or related fields
- Certifications like Google Ads or Bing Ads
- Experience with SQL and tools like Salesforce
