Job Description

We're looking for an Account Marketing Lead to drive integrated, consumer-led marketing strategies for a major strategic account partner in the EMEA region at a prominent apparel brand.

In this role, you will turn global and regional brand direction into impactful, partner-specific plans that build demand, elevate brand expression, and support commercial growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with precise execution and excels at navigating complex, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Account Marketing Strategy & Seasonal Planning

  • Develop account-specific strategies and seasonal plans aligned with brand and marketplace priorities.
  • Localize global and regional direction into relevant partner stories and product priorities.
  • Identify key moments and opportunities to maximize impact.

Integrated Campaign Leadership

  • Lead campaign planning from briefing through execution and seasonal recap.
  • Define objectives, audiences, product focus, marketing mix, and timelines.
  • Align internal teams across brand, digital, retail, media, and more.

Partner Collaboration & Influence

  • Build strong relationships with the account's marketing teams.
  • Influence partner plans to ensure premium brand storytelling and execution.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Bring multiple teams together without formal authority.
  • Manage athlete-related approvals and rights usage.
  • Closely partner with merchandising and commercial teams for product-aligned plans.

Operational Excellence

  • Own governance, timelines, and approval processes.
  • Track performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recaps.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong background in account, brand, retail, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience with wholesale or strategic retail partners is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with sharp executional skills.
  • Ability to influence and align across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organization.
  • Solid understanding of consumer journeys, retail environments, and brand storytelling

Contract details:

  • Start date: February
  • Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
  • Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
