The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and high-performing team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting on a range of commercial and corporate insurance programmes.

We welcome applicants with commercial/corporate experience or strong personal lines experience, who are looking to expand into more complex and rewarding client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Place a variety of insurance risks within the market and liaise with insurer partners
• Provide expert, timely advice to clients on their insurance requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain the highest levels of client confidentiality

About You

Experience in insurance account handling (commercial, corporate or personal lines)

Strong client service skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively

Keen interest in developing technical insurance knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Working towards or completion of CII qualifications (desirable, not essential)

A proactive and collaborative approach to work
