Account Manager B2B (Crypto)


We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing B2B events (6000+ attendees in 2024).

We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).


We are looking for an over-achieving Account Manager to join the team!


The ideal candidate is passionate about Crypto/AI/Fintech, is ambitious, smart, proactive, committed to achieving sales targets, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement, and is a great multi-tasker.


Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!


Key responsibilities:


  • Create the Account Management strategy of the company
  • After a sale is closed, take over the account coordinating with other internal teams (Operations/Marketing/Product) to offer the best experience to our clients
  • Upsell your accounts
  • Be strategic and creative about how we accompany our clients
  • Build and develop relationships with Crypto & AI experts, from corporates to startups
  • Responsible for your CRM Pipeline (Hubspot)
  • Whatever else you think will help us grow the business!



Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience in sales with a solid track record (KPIs)
  • A very good knowledge/passion for the crypto industry
  • "Care" mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
  • Hard working, creative, capable of multitasking
  • Proactive personality
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English with strong communication skills

Additional info :


We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station

We work from home Wednesday
