Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist (Freelance - Remote)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Portugal Time)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to support merchant relationships, drive retention, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver proactive, solution-oriented support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with merchants through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide proactive, solution-driven support to enhance customer experience
- Analyze operational data, including order history and performance metrics, to identify issues and churn risks
- Engage in sales and negotiation discussions to support merchant retention and reactivation
- Adapt to new workflows such as promotions, pre-sales activities, and revenue-generating initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills
- Analytical and critical thinking ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Sales and negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Reporting tools (e.g., Looker)
- Communication tools (e.g., Outreach, WhatsApp, Slack)
- High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Work Conditions:
- Fully remote role (laptop and mobile phone will be provided)
- SIM card expenses will be reimbursed in the first month salary
- Total working hours: 155 hours per month
- Independent freelance contract (candidate responsible for taxes and insurance)
- Salary will be paid as gross directly to your account
- No paid holidays
