Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Central London (2 days WFH, 3 days On-site)
Salary: £43,000 + Commission
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and ensuring the platform continues to deliver measurable value, whilst identifying opportunities for upsell and cross sell.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Build long term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities to increase account value and retention
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand client goals, usage and performance
- Collaborate closely with customer success, product and sales teams

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience managing existing B2B clients within SaaS environments
- Background in MarTech or digital marketing platforms preferred
- Proven success in account growth through upsell and cross sell
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focused mindset
