Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Eindhoven / Weert

Type: Full-Time Hybrid (Inside & Outside Sales)


Overview:

Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization within the Finance Outsourcing space. In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to make a significant impact within a well-established and supportive team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business across assigned regions.
  • Conduct both inside and outside sales activities, including client meetings, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions to match business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.


  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, HR, or service-driven sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with both field and office-based sales responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
