Job Description
Overview Responsibilities

As an Account Manager (known internally as Client Delivery Executive), you will serve as the bridge between our innovative clients and our talented consultancy teams, including engineers, scientists, developers, and tax professionals.

This role is crucial in supporting the client experience and delivery journey. You will manage multiple stakeholder demands both internally with our consultancy and management teams, and externally with our expanding portfolio of clients. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing, target-driven environment, is commercially savvy, obsessed with providing a gold-standard client experience, and has a sharp problem-solving approach.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review their satisfaction and business needs.
  • Prioritize client care; consistently demonstrate the importance of meeting client needs and expectations to improve overall outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate the value of Leyton's services to clients and assist with/negotiates contract terms and pricing structures in line with business directives.
  • Address and resolve client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and propose/implement solutions to prevent them.
Qualifications

This role suits someone with prior experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets and increasing client lifetime value through cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
