Requirements
  • You have 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a B2B environment
  • You have a track record of successfully understanding the customer roadmap and requirements, analysing them and sharing these actionable insights with the relevant teams
  • You have strong project management skills, allowing you to successfully meet customer objectives and timelines
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships
  • You have an insatiable curiosity and thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, eager to think creatively and iterate quickly
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are exemplary, aligned with MECE principles and adapted to an asynchronous work environment
  • You put yourself in the shoes of the customer, enabling you to build trustworthy relationships aligned with Scarlet's reputation and brand
  • (Desirable) You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry
What the job involves
  • Nurture and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Gather & disseminate customer feedback to drive towards an excellent customer experience
  • Anticipate customers' future needs and facilitate account expansion
  • Collaborate with Product, Enablement and Marketing to ensure customers trust Scarlet to support them in delivering their mission
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and strategic planning to drive business growth and success
