Account Manager - Security Integration Relationships

Location: London • Contract: Permanent • Salary: £45k+ per annum

Position Overview

Lead and mentor a team of security professionals while managing a portfolio of key client accounts. Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to drive operational excellence and secure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients as their primary point of contact for security inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage a portfolio of security accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of security professionals, monitoring performance and supporting professional development.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor engineer and service performance, addressing issues promptly and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage account budgets, track expenditure and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and account reviews for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies across all accounts.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the client base.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration or related field (beneficial).
  • Proven experience in security management with strong understanding of security operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in client account management and relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation with focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to pass compulsory BS7858/BPSS security clearance.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and preparing performance reports.
